YOUR MISSION
Manage all operations related to activities carried out at sea infrastructures, in coordination with the onshore teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Implement the company’s production strategy, ensuring monthly targets are met and all activities comply with legal, safety, environmental, and food safety standards (including HACCP, SST, and professional diving).
• Oversee the planning and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for sea teams, including the management of juvenile entries, feeding plans, fishing activities, and coordination with the packing unit.
• Ensure accurate data entry and archiving in production management systems, maintain up-to-date inventories, and oversee preventive maintenance of all equipment and materials.
• Produce regular production reports, support continuous improvement, and guarantee the application of animal welfare and best aquaculture practices.
• Lead, manage, and develop the sea operations team, ensuring effective communication and alignment with the company’s Integrated Management Policy.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree or Master's degree in Biology, Marine Biology, Sea Sciences, Aquaculture or other related fields;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations within aquaculture, including fish feeding, production planning, and supervision or management roles;
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000);
• Experience in team leadership and people management;
• Fluency in English (Spanish and/or Arabic are a plus).
