Your responsibilities
- Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, maintaining consistency in policy interpretation.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, resolving issues through various communication channels.
- Administer A-Z HR events, including hiring, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.
- Create and manage employment contracts and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee master data in HRIS (Hello JM) and physical/digital employee files in compliance with GDPR.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with external partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular HR data audits and provide standard HR reporting.
Our requirements
- Studies in Human Resource Management/Psychology beneficial.
- Minimum 2 years of HR Operations experience (4 years for senior position) post commercial training/studies.
- Fluent Slovakian (Czech would be nice to have) and advanced English (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office; ability to quickly learn new HR systems.
- Solid understanding of Slovakian employment legislation and GDPR impact.
- Experience with global HR information systems; Success Factors (Workday) beneficial.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team.
- Maintain confidentiality, handle situations with care, and provide accurate solutions.
