Our system not only rewards the loyalty of our customers, but is also a direct source of customer information for other key systems of our organization, such as the mobile application and e-commerce. As part of our dynamic team, which cooperates closely with the marketing department and sales and promotion departments, we are looking for an experienced Senior Loyalty System Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a system that impacts the everyday experiences of millions of our customers.


The daily work of our team involves the continuous development of loyalty software (change/project management) and the support and management of the promotional agenda of the central promotional engine.


By applying to the IT Loyalty and Promotion Section, you can become part of a 4-person team of the Store Operations and Sales Applications Department in the IT Applications Department.


What you will be responsible for:

  • For the development of one of the largest loyalty systems,
  • Implementation of loyalty/promotional campaigns and campaigns,
  • Cooperation with marketing, purchasing, promotion and other IT departments,
  • Daily support of the promotional process (creating mechanisms, testing and implementation on production systems),
  • Managing the communication channel with the client,
  • Participation in the design and optimization of business processes,
  • Coordination of design work on store applications,
  • Testing and implementing new solutions and software versions.




Who are we looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of programs/systems: loyalty or CRM,
  • Experience in working with POS systems,
  • Knowledge of IT issues (databases, computer networks, operating systems and computer hardware),
  • With knowledge of English at level B1/C2,
  • Ready to work full-time,
  • Independent and accurate,
  • Experienced in IT realities (project work, change management, L2 support),
  • Someone with the energy and willingness to take responsibility for co-creating the loyalty system of the Polish leader in the FMCG industry.
