YOUR MISSION

Manages initiatives related to the introduction, enhancement and maintenance of technology solutions, supporting and advising on the omnichannel customer experience, such as including customer relationship management applications, customer mobile applications, marketing automation and loyalty programs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Verifies or validates pre-selected technical solutions in the area of Marketing and Customer given as-is and to-be architecture landscape, desired functionalities and business growth potential in order to maintain scalability, flexibility and Time to Market for the business needs;
• Evaluate, with retail business, the impacts of software changes;
• Conduct a standardized prioritization of the selection (and negotiation) of vendors and services based on input from architects and program managers always aligned with the business needs and track vendor financial and contract performance;
• Manages timely and cost-effective implementations of the agreed solutions to reliably support the business growth. Performs regular analysis of the Customer related applications to ensure total availability of "production" systems and works proactively to anticipate potential issues or incidents;
• Leads the team of domain experts to guarantee high engagement, right level of expertise and correct prioritization and obliged to carry out other work-related instructions of his superiors in accordance with the law and the type of work agreed upon in the contract.

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and minimum of 3 years working in similar roles;
• Project management skills;
• Knowledge of Marketing and Consumer IT trends on the market;
• Experience in Ecommerce / Marketing automation / CRM technical projects or retail industry knowledge is an advantage;
• Knowledge of programming languages / WordPress / Outsystems (nice to have).
