YOUR MISSION

Oversee the daily operations of the Pingo Doce integration & RPA team. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the integration strategy, design, and implementation across multiple systems and platforms. Spearhead projects and programs, fostering a collaborative environment and empowering the team to excel in their roles. Participate actively in the design and development of a modern architecture for distributed systems and drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain a high performance and high motivation team, encouraging an attitude of professional growth, while being accountable for the performance of the team and responsible for the development of the budget, planning, and allocation of resources;
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical direction, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards in integration development.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring data consistency, security, and performance across distributed systems.
• Lend specific subject matter knowledge to the design and integration phase of each project, helping to give specificity to the appropriate architecture, data model, and system design, interfacing and automation requirements and opportunities;
• Have a deep understanding to support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process as well as problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required;
• Identify automation possibilities that promote optimization and/or simplification of processes in the different functional areas in order to contribute to value creation and lend specific subject matter knowledge to the design and integration phase of each project, helping to give specificity to the appropriate architecture, data model, and system design and interfacing requirements.

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree or master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field and at least 4 years working in similar roles;
• Experience in Mulesoft development is required with relevant certifications highly preferred;
• Proven experience as a technical lead, with a strong focus on integration and middleware solutions;
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and data integration techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and experience in other application bus solutions SAP PO/PI, CPI platform is a plus;
