You’ll support the Group’s responsible sourcing and production strategy, with a focus on identifying risks and opportunities, engaging with stakeholders, preparing environmental and sustainability reports, and meeting sustainable finance requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the implementation of the Group’s global Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy, with a special focus on the environmental aspects of its operations and value chain (e.g., sustainability frameworks, due diligence, and sustainable finance).
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and support the implementation of CR projects, data collection and analysis, and awareness programs.
  • Ensure regular dialogue with external stakeholders on topics related to environmental sustainability.
  • Contribute to internal and external CR reporting initiatives, as well as sustainability communication projects, updates, and day-to-day administrative and management needs.
  • Conduct research and prepare analytical reports for the CR team.
  • Support the coordination and implementation of CR-related events and meetings.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an environment-related field, preferably Environmental Engineering.
  • Additional training in sustainability and ESG practices is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
  • Solid knowledge of key corporate responsibility concepts, programs, and trends, with strong interest in deepening expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., ESRS, ISSB, GRI, SASB, and EU Taxonomy). Knowledge of sustainable finance requirements (e.g., SFDR) is also important.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
  • Critical thinking, autonomy, and proactivity
