Your mission
Join our Global HR Data & Analytics team as an Data & Analytics Junior Manager focused on HR Reporting, and play a key role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you’ll design and manage dashboards and reports that enhance visibility into our people data, support strategic planning, and improve operational efficiency. Working with QlikSense, SQL, and Python, you’ll ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems — helping us turn complex information into meaningful stories.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, technical curiosity, and a genuine passion for HR data and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports in QlikSense that provide insights to HR and business stakeholders.
- Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze HR data from multiple sources.
- Partner with HR business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into robust, data-driven solutions.
- Support recurring HR reporting processes and deliver ad-hoc analysis with accuracy and timelines
- Drive process improvements to enhance data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency.
Who you are
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably in an HR or corporate environment.
- Strong technical skills in QlikSense, SQL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- (Nice to have) Proficiency in Python.
- (Nice to have) Experience with Qlik NPrinting and HR systems.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn and innovate.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
