Your Mission
As part of the Corporate HR Projects team, you will take ownership of strategic, complex, and cross-functional initiatives that shape the Group’s future. You will lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring flawless execution and delivery against objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Your role will involve designing project frameworks, driving execution, managing diverse stakeholders, and monitoring progress with precision. You will proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed, ensuring alignment and impact at every stage.
Your Mission
- Define the scope, objectives, and governance structure for complex projects.
- Oversee end-to-end project implementation, ensuring milestones are met on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and consistent alignment
- Establish robust tracking mechanisms and provide regular updates to stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Promote, drive continuous improvement, and sustain the HR governance model across all organisational structures, ensuring its consistent application and fostering accountability through regular monitoring.
Your Profile
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; post-graduate studies, MBA, or Master’s are a plus.
- 6–8 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably including strategy consulting.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformational projects; experience with digital transformation and AI tools is a plus.
- Experience with complex organizations and cross-sector, multi-geography projects.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
