End User Solutions Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing our digital workplace ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, SCCM/MECM and Intune. The ideal candidate will ensure that our employees have a secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment while supporting collaboration and productivity across our global workforce. This role will play a critical part in optimizing end-user computing, security, and compliance within a complex retail environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Administer Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) to ensure secure and efficient device management.
• Implement and maintain security and compliance policies across the Microsoft environment.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for collaboration tools, devices, and authentication systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and IT service delivery.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital workplace and Microsoft technologies.

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD (EntraID), including authentication and access policies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SCCM/MECM (not mandatory).
• Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
