To lead the transformation of our data landscape in alignment with business goals by fostering a data-driven culture across the organization and develop strategic initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• As a Global Data Technology Senior Manager, you will directly lead a team of data technology experts in Data Warehouse, ETL, and Visualization technologies;
• Influence and indirectly guide the data technology teams across our various retail companies, while simultaneously enhancing our data utilization to solve problems and drive continuous improvementBe a change agent, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making;
• Promote data exploitation in the business processes across the organization and collaborate with the IT infrastructure and integration teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of our data platforms;
• Develop and maintain the organization’s data platform, from procuring new solutions to managing vendor relationships.

WHO YOU ARE

• A degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or similar and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience;
• Extensive technical experience in data technologies (Data Warehouse, ETL, BI tools, Visualization);
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and lead both direct and indirect teams;
• A passion for building and driving change in large, complex organizations and the ability to promote a data-driven culture, leveraging data for problem-solving and continuous improvement;
• Experience managing vendor relationships and working cross-functionally with other IT teams.
