Global HR Governance Senior Manager

Your Mission
As part of the Global HR team, you will be responsible for sustaining and evolving the HR governance model across the Group. Your role focuses on ensuring consistency, alignment, and coherence, while fostering synergies in the way policies and processes are implemented across organisational structures. You will act as a central reference for HR governance, supporting stakeholders and facilitating alignment across functions and structures.
YYou will also lead and manage organizational transformation projects at a global level.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive and continuously improve the HR governance model, ensuring consistent application across the Group.
- Support stakeholders navigate the HR governance model to ensure their policies and processes reinforce organisational coherence.
- Identify improvement opportunities to strengthen alignment, consistency, and collaboration across HR structures.
- Manage organisational transformation projects, ensuring structured planning, coordination, and delivery
Your Profile
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in governance, PMO, or structured project environments within complex organisations.
- Solid background in project contexts, with a clear focus on governance and oversight.
- Experience working across multiple teams, functions, or geographies.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

- Communication: Clear, structured, and concise communicator.
