YOUR MISSION

As a SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant, you will join a global team to help shape Jerónimo Martins’ HR digital landscape. You'll contribute to innovative HR tech solutions, collaborating with vendors and delivering key projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain and develop SAP SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting Management, Onboarding, and Recruiting Marketing

• Troubleshoot and resolve module and integration issues

• Implement new features based on business needs and manage system releases

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience

• Hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting, Marketing, and Onboarding (certification or proven experience)

• Solid understanding of HR processes in a multinational setting

• Experience in at least 3 end-to-end implementations

• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in fast-changing environments

• Strong communication skills; fluent in English

• Retail industry experience is a plus
