Your Mission

As an HR Reporting and Insights Senior Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to transforming data into actionable insights that inform our HR strategies. You will oversee the development and management of HR reporting systems, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of workforce analytics. In this role, you will initiate analytical studies to answer key strategic HR questions within a multinational company with more than 130,000 employees across five geographies.

You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing a robust analytics framework that can handle the complexity and scale of our global operations. Your team will leverage advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to uncover patterns and predict trends that affect employee retention, performance, and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics and reporting solutions to drive strategic decision-making;
  • Manage the production of periodic reports on HR metrics, including but not limited to turnover, recruitment, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement;
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and deliver customized reports and dashboards;
  • Establish a state-of-the-art analytics studio that serves as the epicenter for HR data science initiatives;
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations;
  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced HR analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation;
  • Engage with senior leadership to translate complex data findings into strategic plans and policies;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in HR analytics and technology.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or other related field;
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, business analysis and/or in information management functions, with at least 3 years in a managerial role;
  • Experience in data/reporting projects (mandatory) in HR functions (not mandatory);
  • Previous experience in HR functions will be considered an added value;
  • Fluency in English.

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights (e.g., SQL MS, Teradata);
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI);
  • Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization (e.g. Python);
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale projects.
