WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Influence and challenge the Digital Workplace strategy with approaches that allow us to elevate the digital maturity of our employees;
• Understand the needs of different functions, propose innovative technologies and tools for the modern workplace;
• Serve as the SME and HR Technology Analyst for technology projects, design, and implementations; 
• Take a hands-on role in both Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies;
• Work closely with our HR Operations, People Analytics, and HR Governance teams to ensure a good integration and functionality;
• Translate needs into actionable technology requirements with effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
• At least 1 year of experience in HR digital solutions project management. Strong project management and organizational skills;
• Experience in collaborating and supporting different teams within the company (HR, IT, Business, etc.); 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English;
• Demonstrate a functional understanding and knowledge of processes and workflows;
• Thrive in an agile environment and adapt to change.
