YOUR MISSION

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems at Jerónimo Martins, including SuccessFactors. You'll work closely with HR and IT teams to translate functional needs into system configurations, manage testing, and ensure successful deployments across Agile and Waterfall projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Record key decisions and create detailed specifications to support HR system implementations;

· Align business needs with technical solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders;

· Act as SME and analyst, supporting the design, configuration, and rollout of HR tech initiatives;

· Deliver user support and drive continuous improvement in SuccessFactors processes and data quality;

· Ensure seamless data flow and adoption by working closely with HR Operations, Analytics, and Governance.

WHO YOU ARE

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or similar — with 3+ years in HR IT design, development, and support;

· Hands-on experience configuring Employee Central or other SuccessFactors modules;

· Comfortable working in agile environments and embracing change;

· Skilled in stakeholder management and translating HR needs into system requirements;

· Experienced in cross-functional teamwork with a solid grasp of HR processes and workflows.
