Your mission

Develop and evolve the Foundation's impact assessment framework, ensuring operational alignment with long-term sustainable goals, while transforming quantitative and qualitative data into compelling reports, driving continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll do 

• Establish and maintain a framework for assessing the Foundation's short- and long-term impact (internally and externally).

• Define and monitor impact goals/key performance indicators (micro and macro level), benchmark results, and ensure consistent impact tracking.

• Oversee and develop institutional reporting, including the Annual Activity Report, and ensure timely delivery of performance outputs, translating complex data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify areas for organizational improvement, using insights from programme evaluations, stakeholder feedback and other relevant sources to recommend changes and challenge the organization with innovative approaches.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or related fields.

• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g.: excel, Power BI) and global development and social impact metrics (nice-to-have).

• 3-4 years of experience.
