Your mission

Support the Group’s portfolio development and investment activities by providing analytical, strategic, and execution support in the identification, evaluation, and monitoring of new business opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships, and diversification initiatives.

The role will work closely with the Portfolio Development Global Director to help shape the Group’s long-term growth and portfolio evolution strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support the continuous scanning and evaluation of potential investment, partnership, and diversification opportunities across sectors and geographies.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analyses to identify trends, disruptors, and potential white spaces for growth.
• Develop and maintain financial models and business cases to assess investment attractiveness and strategic fit.
• Contribute to due diligence processes and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (finance, legal, business units, advisors).
• Prepare presentations and materials for senior management and investment committees.
• Track and analyse the performance of portfolio companies and post-investment value creation initiatives.
• Support the structuring and implementation of new business models and strategic partnerships.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Group’s investment framework and knowledge base.

WHO YOU ARE 

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Around 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or private equity.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with solid understanding of valuation and business assessment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
