Talent Strategy & Leadership Op Manager
Lisboa, PT, 1649-033
YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a hands-on and forward-looking Talent Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role requires the ability to design and implement solutions from the ground up: someone who is comfortable questioning existing practices and committed to improving the way we manage, develop, and grow our talent.
You will lead and support initiatives across performance, succession, development, and internal mobility. Your role will combine strategic thinking with strong project execution. We’re looking for someone with a builder’s mindset, a curious eye for what’s possible, and the discipline to turn ideas into action.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build from scratch: Design and implement talent management solutions that respond to our business challenges — from frameworks to tools — with a hands-on, fit-for-purpose approach.
- Challenge existing models: Question current practices, bring new ideas, and actively contribute to improving how we identify, develop, and retain talent.
- Deliver impactful projects: Oversee projects in performance management, succession planning, internal mobility, and leadership development, ensuring clarity, discipline, and effective execution.
- Stay ahead of global trends: track international best practices and translate relevant insights into actionable solutions for our context.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into practical, applicable talent solutions.
- Bring structure to complexity: Provide focus and clarity to complex issues, setting actionable plans, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring consistent follow-through.
- Drive performance culture: Foster a culture of growth and meritocracy by aligning individual development with business priorities.
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, drive, and deliver with discipline and autonomy.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach, connecting the dots between people and business.
- Passion for learning and innovation, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels.
- A mindset focused on execution, relevance, and impact.
- Analytical mindset, using data and analytics to optimize talent strategies.
