YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a hands-on and forward-looking Talent Strategy Operational Manager to join our Global Talent Management team - someone motivated to elevate the standard of people decision-making across our Group.

You will contribute to the design and evolve strategic talent frameworks – from talent segmentation and succession to risk anticipation, pipeline health, career planning and internal mobility – building more robust, data-driven models and tools that strengthen leadership continuity and future capability. We are looking for a structured and analytical thinker who pairs strategic vision with execution discipline – a builder by mindset, driven to turn ambition into lasting organisational impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design strategic talent frameworks: Contribute to the development and refinement of models for talent and succession mapping and career planning.
  • Turn data into intelligence: Develop and monitor key talent indicators (pipeline strength, succession readiness, retention risk, internal mobility dynamics), transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Bring structure to talent governance: Support People Review processes and calibration discussions with robust analysis, clarity, and methodological consistency.
  • Elevate decision quality: Ensure talent decisions are informed by structured data, clear criteria, and transparent logic, reducing subjectivity and increasing fairness.
  • Build scalable solutions: Help design tools, templates, and governance mechanisms that make strategic talent management operational across the Group.
  • Challenge and improve: Question existing practices and actively contribute to improving how we assess, segment, and invest in talent.
  • Stay externally connected: Track global best practices and emerging trends in talent intelligence, translating them into pragmatic solutions.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3–5 years of experience in Management, Consulting or related areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect people strategy with business priorities in dynamic organisational contexts.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking – comfortable working with frameworks, multidimensional data sets, and evidence-based decision models.
  • Solid project management discipline, with the autonomy to structure ambiguity and drive initiatives end-to-end.
  • Passion for learning and innovation, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

Why is working with us different? Because here, people are at the heart of everything we do. By joining our team you will have access to:

  • 22 days vacation + 2 days*
  • Competitive compensation policies
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Gym, hairdressing and beauty salon, canteen, medical clinic, nutrition and other wellness initiatives
  • Family support, health and education initiatives and access to protocols

           * upon meeting absenteeism criteria.
