What you´ll do

We are currently recruiting for the position of Purchasing Specialist.

• Updating product data in the system (creating suppliers and products, pricing, data verification)
• Verifying promotional activities and entering data into the system
• Collecting data from suppliers and buyers
• Ensuring proper process documentation by preparing documents, verifying their completeness, archiving them, and entering data into the SAP system
• Searching for new suppliers and maintaining up-to-date information on existing suppliers and products
• Ensuring smooth information flow between the purchasing department, other JMP departments, and suppliers
• Being responsible for providing data necessary for decision-making by creating, sharing, and updating reports

More details about your future jobs

• Higher education (preferably in economics or related fields)
• Experience working in a purchasing department
• Experience working with large data sets
• Excellent work organization, attention to detail, and planning skills
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• English language proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level
