Your mission

We are currently looking for a Development Junior Manager to join our Talent Management Global Team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing performance, talent management, and organizational growth across our global business.

As a Development Junior Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with HR teams worldwide to implement cutting-edge talent solutions, build leadership pipelines, and create a workplace where people can unlock their full potential.

 

What you'll do

  • Shaping HR Strategies – Assisting in the design, refinement, and implementation of HR policies related to organizational design, performance management, talent growth, and leadership development.
  • Supporting Global Implementation – Working with HR teams across different regions to ensure alignment and consistency of HR processes while adapting to local needs.
  • Gaining Expertise & Driving Knowledge Sharing – Staying updated on HR trends, best practices, and new technologies, sharing insights to enhance HR capabilities across the team.
  • Turning Data into Insights – Analyzing key HR metrics and performance indicators to guide decision-making and continuously improve talent initiatives.
  • Engaging with Stakeholders – Collaborating with HR leaders and business units to support talent strategies that align with organizational goals.

 

Who you are

If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys tackling complex HR challenges, this role is for you.

 

  • Degree in Management, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Development topics such as job evaluation, performance management, and talent growth.
  • Proven track record in multinational corporate roles and/or management consulting.
  • Strong ability to analyze and structure complex information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to design and communicate solutions effectively, fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-changing, high-pressure environments with multiple projects.
  • Passion for continuous learning, always staying ahead of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Qlik Sense, and Low-Code Apps is a plus.
