YOUR MISSION
Develop HR solutions, through processes improvement, standardization and innovation, ensuring proper support, stability, compliance and accuracy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ensure the support, maintenance, and evolution of SAP HR modules across the business;
- Support to our end-users, maintenance and evolution in the modules of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PM), and Payroll (PY);
- Acting as a project manager, you should ensure the requirements gathering, design, and implement the new features and law requirements in those modules;
- Follow and understand the legislation relevant to PA, OM, PM, and PY modules in the three geographies.
WHO YOU ARE
- Master’s degree level in Computer Science or related HR or management areas;
- Minimum 4 years experience in working with SAP and proven experience in SAP HCM projects (development, quality assurance, and support);
- Project Manager skills (end-to-end experience of the project lifecycle);
- Functional and Technical knowledge in SAP Human Capital Management at least in one of those: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, or Time Management;
- SuccessFactors Professional Certification will be valued.
- Innovative thinking.
- Effective verbal, written, presentation and communications skills in English (Spanish and Polish are a plus).
