Your Mission
Join our dynamic team as an HR Data & Analytics Manager and be at the forefront of transforming HR data into actionable insights. You will manage data projects for the Global HR Data & Analytics team, ensuring the highest standards of data governance, quality, and privacy. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing institutional reporting for the Group, providing complex analysis, and supporting HR teams with both recurrent and ad-hoc requests. Collaborate with HR teams to identify their needs and deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.
What you'll do
- Actively participate in the data transformation project, developing a Global HR Datawarehouse.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and security, by implement data management practices and conduct regular audits.
- Manage process improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and system functionality.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards, providing insights into key HR metrics.
- Oversee institutional reporting for the Group and optimize processes.
- Support data analysis efforts and develop data visualization techniques.
Who you are
- Strong communication and cooperation skills and Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Innovation and strategic thinking.
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or IT and over 4 years of experience in similar functions.
- Over 4 years of experience in data functions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data programming languages (SQL Server, Teradata, Airflow, and SAP Business Objects)
- English (C1 level).
- Experience in visualization tools (e.g., QlikSense, Power BI, Python).
- Knowledge of HR data sources such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or others.
