YOUR MISSION
As an HR Document Management Specialist, you will support and evolve Jerónimo Martins’ HR digital ecosystem by designing, implementing and maintaining document management solutions integrated with our HR platforms. You will work closely with vendors, HR stakeholders and IT peers to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant document processes. This role will be part of a team responsible for architecting our HR Digital landscape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to enhance and maintain existing solutions;
• Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions;
• Implement and ensure end‑to‑end document generation processes and integrations between SuccessFactors and OpenText xECM;
• Oversee document lifecycle operations (creation, storage, versioning, archival);
• Configure templates, retention rules, completeness checks, and reporting;
• Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/Management or equivalent experience;
- Experience working with Document Management Systems (DMS) such as OpenText, Alfresco, or OnBase (experience with OpenText Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, but not mandatory);
- Understanding of HRIS platforms, ideally with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and OData APIs;
- Experience and strong understanding of metadata, templates, business objects, categories, taxonomies, and version control;
- 2–3 years of experience as a Consultant/Business Analyst, delivering technology solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners;
- Strong collaboration skills across HR, Finance, IT, Security, etc., and comfort in dynamic, agile environments;
- Proactive, fast learner, innovation‑driven, and able to translate needs into actionable technical requirements;
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
