YOUR MISSION IN OUR DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Build or adapt information systems to business needs, ensuring adequate architecture designs, the efficiency of the development processes, and the satisfaction of the internal customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure the correct identification and understanding of functional needs and non-functional requirements, and analyse the impact on existing information systems;
• Perform the systems analysis, including the integration with existing applications, and design the most suitable application, including the testing, releasing and adoption strategies;
• Manage and prioritize the development requests in the different systems under responsibility;
• Review code and application architecture to ensure compliance with standards and best practices, in connection with the global architecture teams;
• Perform system tests, release new versions and monitor their operation and adoption within the Company;
• Maintain effective information security, data backup, and disaster recovery compliance in the systems under responsibility;
• Coordinate incident resolution and resilience improvement, providing hands-on support when necessary, and effectively interacting with other internal teams;
• Maintains effective relationships with external suppliers to ensure appropriate levels of support, to ensure deliveries are on schedule, within budget and in accordance with internal process and quality standards;
• Be an expert on the development using low code solutions, understanding their architecture, optimal use cases and fragilities.

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree or master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field;
• Minimum of 4 years working in similar roles;
• Able to execute business and functional analysis;
• Experience in project management (Agile methodologies, PMP) and process redesign.

YOUR THECNICAL SKILLS

• Traditional and Reactive Web Applications;
• Low code platforms (OutSystems);
• Mobile development: Android native; IOS native; OutSystems Mobile;
• Programming languages: Java /PHP/ .NET/ ABAP/ SQL; (Nice to have).
