YOUR MISSION
As a ServiceNow Professional, your mission is to design, implement and continuously optimize enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions, acting as the technical reference between business needs and platform architecture. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure and high-impact solutions while collaborating with international stakeholders and driving technical excellence across the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop customizations, workflows and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices.
- Ensure platform performance and stability.
- Work closely with business and technical teams.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- ServiceNow CSA needed (ITOM and/or ITSM are a plus)
- Strong knowledge and experience in ITOM discovery/visibility, Service Mappings, AiOPS and CMDB management.
- Knowledge of development, architecture and integrations.
- Skilled in Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent in English (B2 minimum).
- Analytical, proactive and team-oriented.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus, namely CSA and ITOM related.
