• Experimentation and learning – to help you develop self-awareness, discover what you enjoy doing, get to know our reality and decide whether this is where you want to build your career.

• In-depth business knowledge – to give you a thorough understanding of the retail industry and the complexity of our Operations, preparing you to take on positions of greater responsibility in the future and build a career tailored to you.

Throughout the journey, you will always have access to feedback, tutoring and guidance, so you can progress consistently and develop new skills.

What can you expect when joining the Trainee Programme?

• Two rotations in two different departments, giving you the chance to explore new areas and discover what you truly enjoy doing;
• A tutor in each rotation, who will guide you closely, provide continuous feedback, support your integration and boost your development;
• Development initiatives and business visits, designed to accelerate your growth and give you direct exposure to our reality;

• The possibility to access the second year: at the end of the first year we reflect together and, if it’s a match, you’ll move on to the next stage with three operational experiences, dedicated tutors in each and access to a mentor – all designed to prepare you for taking on roles with greater responsibility within the Organisation.

• You are finishing your dissertation or have recently completed your Master’s degree;
