What can you expect when you join the Trainee Programme?

• Two rotations across different departments, allowing you to explore new areas and discover what you truly enjoy doing;
• A tutor during each rotation, who will support your integration, development and progress;
• Development initiatives and visits to our operational sites, giving you first-hand exposure to our business;

• The opportunity to progress to a second year: following a joint reflection at the end of your first year, you may move on to a new stage with three operational experiences, dedicated tutors and a mentor, preparing you to take on greater responsibilities.

You are who we are looking for if…

• You are completing or have recently completed a Master’s degree, preferably in Management, Hospitality, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a STEM field;
• You are looking for continuous learning and development opportunities that challenge you and help you grow;
• You are fluent in Portuguese and English.
